CHA-CHING
The Cha-Ching Program is a financial literacy program that aims to teach Grade 4 students financial literacy through basic money concepts: Earn, Save, Spend, and Donate, integrated in their curriculum, as part of the 360 degree approach to effectively form healthy financial habits that they can bring to adulthood. Given its critical role, it is essential that all components of the program are fully functional, reliable, and adhere to applicable organizational and regulatory standards.
CASHCAPADES
Cashcapades is a competition that envisions the integration of Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship education to different competition segments focused on Grade 4 & Grade 5 students. It is divided into various segments, which cover the topic: Earn, Save, Spend, and Donate. It was formed in order to apply what the students learned from the Cha-Ching Curriculum and to bring out their skills and talents in creativity and critical thinking skills.
EDUCOMICS
Educomics Program is an innovative initiative by Junior Achievement (JA) Philippines, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, designed to spark curiosity and passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) among Grade 6 learners. Through engaging storytelling and interactive activities, the program empowers students to explore STEM concepts in a fun and meaningful way. By making STEM accessible and exciting, Educomics aims to inspire the next generation of innovators, scientists, and entrepreneurs, helping learners see the possibilities for their future careers and personal growth.
Math Chronicles
JA Ourselves
A nationwide initiative developed by JA Philippines in partnership with Johnson & Johnson. The program is designed as a targeted intervention to support Grade 6 students who are struggling in Mathematics—particularly those in underserved public schools. By focusing on foundational skills and tailored instruction, It seeks to equip students with the academic tools necessary to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
In partnership with American Express, is an interdisciplinary curriculum for Grade 4 students that focuses on personal economics and financial literacy. The program is structured into five topics, each introducing a fundamental concept through hands-on activities that engage young learners and make abstract ideas tangible. Students explore topics such as earning, saving, spending, sharing, and setting goals, learning how their personal choices affect their daily lives and future opportunities. Through interactive games, role-playing, and guided discussions, the program fosters critical thinking, decision-making, and responsible money habits from an early age.

BUSINESS SKILLS PASS
The JA BSP Program is a flagship program that equips Senior High School students with real-world business experience and essential workplace competencies, extending classroom learning through immersive and practical application. Students develop and refine business ideas, transforming concepts into viable ventures, while gaining experience across core business functions, including marketing, finance, and operations, promoting a future-ready education.
COMPANY OF THE YEAR
The Company of the Year Competition hones critical business acumen while promoting teamwork, leadership, and creative problem-solving. The national winner from the Business Skills Pass Program earns the title of JA Philippines Company of the Year and advances to represent the Philippines at the JA Asia Pacific Company of the Year Competition, joining student entrepreneurs from across the globe under the JA Worldwide network.
eSmart Digital Licence+
eSmart Digital Licence+ is an innovative program that equips high school students with essential digital literacy, skills, and readiness through an engaging, gamified learning experience. Designed to empower the next generation, eSmart Digital Licence+ ensures students navigate the digital world safely and responsibly.
EY Stem Learning
A groundbreaking collaboration between EY Global Delivery Services Philippines and Junior Achievement of the Philippines, designed to empower young women aged 13 to 18 to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of available careers in the field of STEM and spark community awareness, and economic and social inclusion with the use of the EY STEM Application, mentoring opportunities, and nationwide competitions.
FedEx International Trade Challenge
The FedEx International Trade Challenge (ITC) is a competition-based program designed for high school students with a passion for global trade and entrepreneurship, challenging them to craft innovative market-entry strategies for international business scenarios. Participants sharpen critical business skills by analyzing market trends, navigating trade barriers, and developing creative marketing and strategic outputs that reflect fresh, youth-driven perspectives. The program positions marketing as an essential competency while giving students an opportunity to explore the many facets of global business from negotiation to market expansion.
J&J WISTEM 2D
J&J WiSTEM2D Bridges is a groundbreaking initiative in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, designed to empower young women with disabilities to pursue successful careers in the fields of STEM2D—Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Manufacturing, and Design. Recognizing the barriers that individuals with disabilities often face in accessing educational and career opportunities in these critical sectors, this program aims to create a more inclusive path for these young women to thrive.
STEM2D Bridges provides tailored support, resources, and opportunities to help them succeed in STEM2D fields. The program begins with specialized PWD sensitivity training to ensure that all stakeholders are equipped with the understanding and tools needed to engage effectively with individuals across different disabilities.
JA Personal Finance
JA Personal Finance is an interactive, activity-based financial literacy program designed for Senior High School students aligned with the DepEd curriculum. In a single engaging 2-hour session led by industry professional volunteers, students explore essential topics such as budgeting, smart shopping, risk management, and career planning, building the financial decision-making skills they need to achieve long-term financial freedom.
JA STEM@Work
The JA STEM@Work is a pioneering initiative that caters to Senior High School students under the STEM (Science, Technology. Engineering, and Mathematics) strand. With the objectives of promoting, training, and introducing them to the different career opportunities awaiting them in the Medical, Engineering, Architecture, and Information Technology field.
Online Future Skills
The Online Future Skills Program is created to prepare and provide students – as young as those who are in Senior High School, better understanding about the employment process – the do’s and don’ts.
Travel and Tourism Business
JA Travel and Tourism Business Program (TTBiz) was established by JA Japan and Accenture Japan in 2011. It is a program that provides opportunities to high school students and experiences that would inspire them to be “Global talents” and play essential roles in globalizing society in the future. To meet its objectives, it is in partnership with JA Korea, JA Singapore, and JA Philippines to propose a new travel plan for Japan centered on eco-conscious sustainable tourism with cultural immersion.

EDGE FYS
The Forward Your Success™ Program is an upcoming two-day seminar designed to equip university-graduating students with essential financial literacy, career preparation, and after-college life readiness skills. As they transition from student life to young professionals, this program provides the tools and knowledge needed to make sound financial decisions, secure long-term stability, and thrive in their careers.
A key feature of this year’s program is the active mentorship from FWD Insurance officials, who will guide participants in understanding financial security, navigating the job market, and preparing for professional life. Through expert-led discussions, hands-on workshops, and career mentorship, students will gain an early advantage in managing their future with confidence.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS PASS
The Entrepreneurship Skills Pass (ESP) Program by JA Philippines is a globally recognized certification program designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to succeed as entrepreneurs or in the workforce.
Through the ESP Program, students gain hands-on experience in starting, managing, and growing a business, applying real-world business concepts such as financial literacy, strategic planning, marketing, and leadership. Participants go through practical training, mentorship from industry professionals, and interactive learning experiences that help them develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
At the end of the program, students undergo an assessment to earn the Entrepreneurship Skills Pass certification, a credential that validates their business acumen and enhances their employability.

The program is open to undergraduates or fresh graduates from any course, and to working professionals from any industry. However, the examination coverage is framed under subject areas on marketing and business therefore, having a background knowledge on the said field may be advantageous.

Anyone can take the examination but those coming from member and non-member schools pay a different amount for the examination fee. Those from non-member schools will be paying PHP7,900, while those from member schools and who are student members of JA Philippines will be paying PHP2,900.
