Junior Achievement is a singular achievement of a unique youth development program for tomorrow’s entrepreneurs and business leaders. In JA, you “learn business by doing business. JA is a practical economic education program organized and manage your own small scale business guided by adult advise.

FedEx International Trade Challenge workshop held in Asian Institute of Management last May 7, 2019.
This years workshop was attended by almost 600 Junior and Senior High School students. The workshop is a preparations for a local competition and the winner will be competing JA Asia Pasific level in Kuala Lumpur.

JA Ourselves program implementation 2019-2020s first roll out held in Cupang Elementary School, Muntinlupa. 500 students were benefited of the program. The students were educated for early financial literacy and early business planning.
The FedEx Express / JA International Trade Challenge Philippines 2018, now on its eleventh  year, concluded  its Local Finals and Awarding as a concluding ceremony for this year’s Local ITC Implementation. Out of almost five hundred students from forty different high schools who have attended the workshops done in Negros Occidental and Metro Manila with the active participation of our volunteers from FedEx Express Philippines, participants were given two weeks to work on their entries and were required to submit a Market Entry Strategy Plan with the theme “To create a MESP for Beauty Products for the Target Market Indonesia”.

The Top 3 pairs in the local competition will be given the chance to represent the country in the International Trade Challenge Asia Pacific Finals happening this August 2019 in Malaysia.
